What are your products made from?

At Moki Play Co., we are dedicated to crafting our products from PLA (Polylactic Acid), a remarkable plant-based material. This innovative polymer is derived from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane, making it an environmentally conscious choice for our play tools. PLA is inherently non-toxic and perfectly safe for use with playdough and various sensory play activities when utilized as intended, ensuring a worry-free play experience for children.

Are your products eco-conscious?

Our commitment to sustainability is at the core of every Moki Play Co. product. We meticulously select materials that align with our eco-conscious philosophy. Our primary material, PLA, is sourced from renewable, plant-based origins such as corn starch and sugarcane, significantly reducing our reliance on fossil fuels compared to conventional plastics. While prioritizing the planet, we never compromise on quality; our products are designed for exceptional durability and longevity, ensuring they withstand countless hours of play.

How long will my order take?

Unless otherwise stated, orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before dispatch.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept change-of-mind returns due to made-to-order production. Faulty items are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Are your products suitable for all ages?

Unless otherwise stated, products are recommended for children 3 years and over.
Adult supervision is required at all times.

Where are you based?

Our products are designed, printed, and packed in Australia, produced in small batches with care and intention.

How should I care for my Moki Play Co. products?

• Hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap

• Dry thoroughly after washing

• Do not soak, dishwash, or expose to heat

• Store away from direct sunlight or high temperatures

Our products are designed for sensory and play-based activities, including use with playdough, dry sensory materials, and supervised learning experiences.

Do you offer/sell STL files?

At this stage, I don’t offer STL files or digital downloads of my designs.

Each Moki Play Co. resource is designed, printed, checked, packed and sent by me here in Australia. A lot of time goes into testing the size, feel, durability and learning purpose of each piece before it becomes a finished resource.

Because of this, my designs are only available as physical products.
